I specialize in the 4wd area, which includes the communities of Swan, North Swan, and Carova Beach on the northern end of the Outer Banks. Oceanfront lots boast fantastic views of the ocean and dunes. Lots are approximately 80' x 350'.

Canalfront lots access Currituck Sound and many are in walking distance of the ocean. Lots are approximately 15,000 sq.ft.

Wooded interior lots are private, high and sandy. Live Oaks and Loblolly Pines are prevalent on these lots. These lots have easy access to both ocean and sound. Approximately 100' x 150'.
